@rsdworker We haven't added such a feature in the simulation, because of scale. If you close down a supermarket, most of the city will have nowhere to buy groceries, for example.

@roguelife_ wow thats pretty good i wonder if city grows and changes example old stores close down and replaced by new stores and new buildings appear and etc

@rsdworker Hey, thanks for reaching out, and sorry if I didn't catch your last question. So, we are currently planning on a beta sometime next year for our Kickstarter backers, so keep your eyes peeled because we will launch our Kickstarter campaign soon :)

@rsdworker We tried that, but the process of waiting for items to be scanned was extremely tedious, so you just pay and the items get bagged instantly.

@P1SIM The map has around 350-400 citizens going around living their simulated lives, you can own a house, apartment or whatever else you may want to buy. You can own a car, apply for a job (or be homeless, or a thief!) [2/2]

@roguelife_ The video looks like a finished game. How long does the development last already? Is it based on bought assets (buildings, vehicles, people)? How many players per map? Map size? Own an apartment ingame? A car? Have a job?

@P1SIM Development is very far ahead (3 years of coding), but we got a lot of ground to cover, and we will opt for a Kickstarter later on in the year. We intend to have more original than store assets by the end of our dev cycle, the map is the size of a GTA city. [1/2]

@P1SIM Our game is a topdown lifesim focused on a single character, so you can't zoom out more than 20 meters or so. There are bigger roads, but we aren't currently planning on adding railways, perhaps a subway will be added in the future, only if it serves gameplay :)
