@rohanbrown_twit ETAs on potential bugs are difficult to provide as a lot depends on how easy it is to locate the issue, what is causing it & how best to address it. Providing what details you can in your thread is the most helpful. When you acquired a splinter, when you completed the quest, etc

@BlizzardCS @BlizzardCS Thank you for your reply. What is the ETA on a fix for this bug, has it begun to be investigated? Having the progress of my main character halted by this issue, at this point in the game is becoming very disheartening as I am falling behind at no fault of my own.

@rohanbrown_twit I'm afraid there is little that our staff can do at this point, if you are encountering a bug our QA team needs to look into it. ~V

@ShiravanAU @Scymplex @Leakydonutt @BlizzardCS Yeah one GM says its a bug that others are reporting, another says that all splintered sparks have been received (which they haven't for weeks now) and the will do nothing about it. So not sure, mixed messages here.
