@DrVCMohan Chandra, not just data entry, we keep unedited recordings of all the procedures stored in hard disks year wise. These are treasures that you may need in future for many purposes.

Lot of us surgeons who donot keep record of cases think that we have done 100 s and 1000s of cases . But in reality they will be far less than what we think we have done. Even it applies to me. I mean to say Data of every case get entries in computer will only give better idea on what we are doing .

Humbled to share we conducted the 1st module of 2024 CLASSE wherin 12 urology colleagues participated in a gruelling 2 days live operative workshop with live demonstration of 13 surgeries including 3 HOLEP 2 THUFLEP 4 RIRS 3 MINIPCNL 1 SUPINE MINI PCNL

@DrParimalGharia I am a conventional urologist and plan my puncture and tracts on the basis of a proper imaging study, either IVU or CT IVU or if circumstances demand a Plain CT KUB. I don't think this film is one of those 3

If not available, US guided Supine PNL. Remember that if turn to prone, colon will get more retrorenal than in supine. Let us know your approach!

@sbinhamrii @PETRAurogroup in ureter I would still go at lower watts...0.40 joules and 15 frequency initially and once stone gets smaller 0.20*30...6 watts all the time

114th and the last case of RIRS with timeline restricted digital flexiscope ...still the vision and flexibility is as good as a new scope...

@Sunilmed Since ours is a busy centre with daily 3-4 cases, we prefer immersion disinfection in gluteraldehyde free solution korsolex or parasafe

@Sunilmed no sir. our flex X2 went for 500+ cases twice....it's not by chance...
