Tulane is going to be fighting near-complete roster turnover every year until either multi-year contracts are enforceable or the program fully commits to revenue sharing. A $10M revenue-share budget won’t be enough if Tulane wants to take the next step. If schools like Charlotte are talking about $5M, Tulane should be at 3x that. Keep the pressure on the administration to invest like USF ($20 million rev share) and Memphis ($10 million +) have. A new dorm doesn’t deliver the ROI a CFP win does. You could fund multiple dorms, programs and departments with the downstream impact of winning on the sport’s biggest stage. Football matters most and helps the entire university.
