@HMRCcustomers my self-assessment statement dtd March 2023 has an adjustment to balancing payment for 19/20. This has not appeared on any previous statement. I've been charged interest, despite not having been informed that there is still an amount outstanding (until last week).

@HMRCcustomers Hi Amandine, I have not amended it. On my account page, I can only see return for 20/21. I can see that there is a new charge related to 19/20 on my self assessment statement. Including interest even though I have not been been given the chance to pay

The Coop Bank isn't a Coop, has departed from the mission it had when I joined 18 years ago, and offers the worst service in the known universe - half hour+ phone waits, hardly any branches etc... - and using Triodos is like trying to crack the Enigma Code. Guys, you're up...
