@mogmachine @fish_datura What is unclear to me, when a miner mines 1 BTC, who gets it? Miner is already paid in alpha to cover its costs. So I'm a assuming a validator? Who does the buyback?

Have they actually mined any BTC? where is the value flowing. I feel like taohash.com should explain these most basic questions to people if they are a top subnet (which clearly the market says they are). I am constantly being asked questions about this i can't answer and even seeing the internal chat groups I am not confident to speak of this with assurance and an ability to explain it well. @TAOHash please update the website to answer plain english explanations of how this is groundbreaking on bittensor, what is actually happening and where the value is flowing. Or don't ..but that is the general public sentiment I am echoing.

Vibe coding is a scam. I tried vibe coding for 2 days. I’m talking real vibe coding where I turn on YOLO mode and spend time on my phone while Cursor spits out code. Here’s why it’s a scam: 1. I didn’t learn anything. Like actually nothing. I felt dumber than before 2. It generates 💩 code. The worst code imaginable. Extremely annoying or impossible to debug. Easier to just start over 3. AI can’t fix every bug. Sometimes it goes in infinite loops trying to fix something 4. It’s not fun. At first it seems great but once you realize you don’t know what’s going on and it’s producing bad code, it gives you stress and anxiety 5. I feel like a worse engineer. Not thinking through the approach, how to build a solution, how to debug, what even am I doing? At this point I’m a non-technical product manager (no offense ❤️)

Just got back from the first-ever Bittensor Conference @endgame_summit and wow. Meeting the community IRL after all this time behind pfps was something else. Kind, curious, brilliant people everywhere. It felt open, great connections were forged, and such good vibes. Some highlights: • Side events & happy hours • Main stage talks - inspirational and mind expanding • Meeting subnet teams, miners & validators • Linking up with podcasters and twitter/discord frens • Alpha Room forums - up close and real Huge thanks to @madladshad and crew on a screaming success. This felt like the start of something big.

But I wouldn’t bet against Bittensor — it has proven time and time again that it knows how to evolve.

Let’s wait and see what happens over the next few months. It’s great that we already have Chutes (SN64) bringing real-world utility.

It could be a double-edged sword: at first, you improve the subnet metric by 1%. As competition grows, you’re fighting for 0.1%, then 0.0001%. Eventually, brilliant minds end up optimizing for almost nothing.
