I think if United lose tonight & let’s say they draw against Burnley at the weekend. Amorim’s job is in serious jeopardy. Sir Jim will not want to make the same mistakes he made with Ten Hag. Especially at the start of a new season.

I do think there’s a degree of overreaction from @ManUtd fans ref Fulham. Should have been 3-0 after 30 mins and done. However you cant get away from that CM. I think this formation could work, but will never with that or any CM combo we currently have.

@AidanWalshMUFC I genuinely have no ill feeling towards Amorim and I have absolutely no doubt that this group of players are well below the standard required. But I just can’t see how he turns it around in the summer so we have a respectable next season. We’re not creating chances at all….

@AndyGoode10 Completely agree. I’d say after this, Steve needs support or to step down. Genuinely exciting players that showed that ability at the end of that 1st half but the rest of it felt like it was held back. Plan for 27 must be to win the WC, so we need a coach to achieve that.

Great to get the win for England, I genuinely think there’s an exciting team in that squad being held back by Steve Borthwick and the inexperienced coaching team

It's clear as day Amorim is not a fan of Casemiro. Instead of keeping a player who's on £350k/week why not sell him to the Saudis at any price just so we can get him off the wage bill?

@ManUtd this system fundamentally does not work from an attacking sense without physical, roaming WBs. We’re completely blunt from an attacking third perspective. Dalot and mazrouri won’t go past a player, they keep turning back.

Nobody else wanted to buy United because the finances were so bad. The Glazers are only letting INEOS in because they can’t deal with it. The Glazers were too scared to make all these cuts fearing fan backlash. The debt is the leverage. INEOS are saving us, not killing us.

@SkySportsNews I’m choosing to see this as glass half full. Without owners who really invest in the club, we’re in a financial mess. I welcome a full reset but it’s going to be messy. Hopefully Sir Jim declares the club bankrupt and then Sheikh Jassim can come back in!
