@AdamSchein The NBA is a complete joke. No one cares, there is no defense and it’s just a glorified shootaround. Look at all the huge games players have now and huge point totals compared to the old NBA. It’s a reflection of lack of effort and care primarily on defense.

The final 2 weeks of an NBA regular season used to be amazing, intense, dramatic. This is an absolute disaster. And you knew looking at Fri slate that half of the teams playing didn’t want to win. The games and results don’t matter any more. It’s sad.

@ezlazar FYI the ABS challenges only lengthen the game by about 15 seconds per challenge.The game with all the challenges against the Reds was 3:32 and was an 11 inning game. It was not 4 hrs as you stated. It would have been under 3 if a 9 inning game. Love your draft coverage

@RedsDaily4 I think if Hinds got to play full time he’d platoon with Meyers in center and would play corner against lefties. I don’t think Friedl will be playing center too much more so this makes sense

@Dannypipes711 @CBoxSports No chance that happens. I think if he played everyday you’d see a slash line of .220/.290/.480 or .770 ops with 20-30 homers He’d be similar to Geno. Wouldn’t you want that? .770 is a higher ops than any qualified hitter on last years roster

Shouldn’t the Reds also consider making Hayes a defensive replacement to free a spot for Hinds to play everyday? Sal, Steer and Geno can cover 1st,3rd and dh. Isn’t this a no brainer? We need more upside and offense

Thru 6 games our five outfielders are hitting .134 with 2 RBI. Rece is putting numbers well in excess of Sal. When will the move happen?

@CBoxSports @RedsDaily4 I’ve been watching this one. Rece is in player development nowhere land right now. It appears he needs to play every day to be effective (not everyone can come off the bench well). But the Reds are nowhere near committing to him as an everyday player.
