Tried one arm pushup this morning for the first time, surprisingly did 3 reps on each arm. Also did 10 reps of pseudo push up. 7 months ago, I couldn’t do 1 proper push up. 4 months ago, I couldn’t even do more than 7 proper push up. Building upper body strength is amazing asf.
