I have been doing some of first rounds of skip levels as a director this month . For directors+ - How do you approach your skip levels ? What are your fav questions to ask ? For other folks - what do you like out of your skip levels ? What are some of the best skip convos u had?

What I have evaluated so far is that #golang is good with smaller services and is quick to build. On the other side, #java is good for more complex services and monoliths

I am looking for arguments on Java vs golang. The application that we are building doesn’t really need high concurrency or scalability, but we need to build it fast and it will be dealing with a lot of data. #java #golang
