Looks like I'm flipping over my AI + Bio research to a Chinese model tonight! Kimi k3 is Open Source with 2-3t parameters vs Opus 4.8's 1.5t With Anthropic increasingly making it hard to use Fable or Opus 4.8 for Frontier research the path has to be Open Source models.
