traveled from gdl stn to bhktn stn under bhvn div. Crossing at ribda station cost 1.5 hrs. while we are dreaming of bullet train can govt install announcement system in trains. It can be cheaper than bullet train. Do we value time of all passengers.

Since my complain on Oct, 24, still awaiting any response and refund for my payment. Without any initamation they donwgraded by zone even though I paid for my preffered seats. Customer care almost didnt exist. @RamMNK

@airindia Pathetic experience today at airindia from mumbai to london flight no. AI 131 Booked preffered seat by paying additional charges at row 21 allocated 38th row on boarding pass. Felt cheated. Malpractice by company. spoiled my journey
