Directors should have been and should be buying. The good news is the three NEW board members have bought a BOATLOAD via their funds. The Bioleum folks already have an equity stake when they take Bioleum public. No IPO=no piece of the pie, as it SHOULD be. Mr. Fortunato has a 20% equity stake in Metals so he is already aligned. CDG has been putting four kids through college so not much spare funds there...lol.

I didnt say no risk. There's always risk. Especially in small caps and essentially pre revenue. But the CDG hatred is illogical. Man has taken it from a junior miner losing money to the brink of industrial scale metals company, a spin off fuels company with massive potential, and a billion dollar land evaluation with green lion investment as well in 5 years. Thats essentially 3 different aspects that are likely all worth a billion minimum today if fairly valued. From scratch. This hatred from a february raise is downright idiotic in my opinion.

$LODE stock price is down on the day. **It is infuriating to see the posts highlighting metals prices and yet prospective shareholders terrified to invest in the stock. ** Something has to change. Something has to get monetized so shareholders are not diluted again with the shelf. You can't have IT ALL and be pulled in six different directions and ALWAYS have shareholders takes the hits.
