@bowtiedmeathead If she’s the social or artistic type she could be a musician, songwriter, actress, or social media marketer / influencer / streamer. High upside if she makes it big.

My wife and I were talking the other day about potential career options for my 15 yrs old daughter who really struggles in school and is likely not college bound/material.
For guys it’s easy…
Don’t want to go to college, pick a trade or figure something else out such as a police officer, firefighter etc.
It’s not as easy for girls.
I think she would do well in sales since she is attractive, has the personality and is extremely social (spends hours everyday talking on the phone to all her friends).
For parents with daughters who aren’t on the college path…what are some real, high-income career options you’ve seen work?

@2honest3 @ezzy100k @josh_uglyasf You're bringing up mma and boxing...both legal. The situation in the video is not legal. Try explaining to the judge or the cops "because she said it's ok." No, they will charge you.
English

@ronjvr @ezzy100k @josh_uglyasf No when it is someone telling you to hit them they are not doing a crime or is it illegal when they are willing? Are you telling me boxing and mma is now illegal?
English

@2honest3 @ezzy100k @josh_uglyasf No. if you did it, you are responsible. Simple as that. Someone telling you to do an illegal thing does not let you off the hook and it is still illegal.
English

@ezzy100k @josh_uglyasf Lol. She is free to go! He egged her on and if the police thought something she would already be charged.
English

@IntriguedYapper you're talking about little situations like roughhousing or someone playfully smacking a friend... we're talking about whether you can consent to actual crimes like in the video. you're not adding nuance.
English

@ronjvr @ezzy100k @josh_uglyasf In reality, informed consent can serve as a defense against assault charges in many U.S. jurisdictions for minor harms, though courts limit it for serious injuries, per legal analyses from Justia and Cornell Law Institute
English

@ezzy100k @josh_uglyasf Should someone get away with a crime just because they were told it’s “ok” (giving consent) to do it? If you do the crime, that is it. Consent doesn’t matter.
English

@josh_uglyasf In the court of law he loses every time.
“Can I slap you” ?
“Go ahead”
👏🏻
Sue!
You’re honor he gave me consent.
defendant not guilty
Case closed

@ryan_towerrr @Mho_23 even if they're not, you can link any X post, send it thru text or any messenger you use, they can read it without downloading X

@Yuyu55685378685 @TrafficBrokerX Sell products that actually work or people would love to use. And work on better proof and positioning in your copy.
English

@TrafficBrokerX i agree with you on all the deepfake, BH MRR stuff, etc. but don’t you think that going a bit grey hat is almost a necessary step today?
how are you supposed to launch a supplement brand or be profitable in ecom fully white hat and compliant without being VC backed… ?
English

After doing Online Marketing for many years the thing I realized is MOST IMPORTANT is Legal Compliance
This is the easiest thing to overlook at the start & many big names even advocate totally ignoring any legal mumbo jumbo when getting started
While I see their sentiment, it’s still Very Stupid
You must ensure you have a Legal & Compliant business above all else
It takes one legal issue to completely ruin your business, destroy your finances & potential put you in jail & ruin your life
I’ve sadly seen this happen to many people, one outcome or another
Many of them are good people with families. They aren’t violent criminal thugs. Many things that seemed totally innocent & like funny jokes on Twitter are Life Ruiners if the gov or a lawyer takes a look at it
If you don’t follow this advice, which is genuine & not made with financial motives, you’re simply hoping to get lucky which is generally a bad long term strategy
English

@linkpills @Mho_23 Only "AI peepers" like you notice. Most people will look at "whole picture" and not notice the little details you mention. Nobody looks at a freakin' tongue when they talk to people.
English

@Mho_23 can you make this so i can download the video?
i have some friends that scoff at AI and i want to show them that they are likely watching ai content all day lol.. this is the most realistic i’ve seen yet by far
English

@mamboitaliano__ This is elegant. Our affogato here they just plop a scoop of gelato into a paper or plastic cup and charge $11 we’re barbaric 😂
English

@CarlosA19734497 Speaking only for myself. I’d be upfront it’s unboxed, barely used, won’t buy a used box (they can easily verify the unique ID number ON the box), and charge accordingly while still profiting from the sale.
English

@ronjvr @JakeNomada Will the other person know that the product was unboxed?
If it wouldn't change the value, why hide this info?
Openbox products generally have lower prices, you would buy an used box to fake it as a different thing.
Morals needed.

True story...
My senior year in university I had an international business professor from Brazil 🇧🇷
Legit first day and he says, "Every man in this class should book a ticket to Rio de Janeiro at least once in their life."
Then he went on to give us a full breakdown of how if we bought two brand new Macbooks and properly opened them up
We could get them into Brazil without import taxes
Once inside Brazil with the two computers, we could sell them and make more than enough profit to spend a couple months in the city
Dude was my favorite professor by far
English

@CarlosA19734497 @JakeNomada If it’s in hot demand and both parties agree on the value it becomes a mutual exchange, no morals needed.
English

@wadafazt @GDladlin @JakeNomada @trueewilliam Yeah...how about selling an open box laptop as brand new?
Moral check...
English

@trueewilliam Was basically open them up, no boxes, log into them so if they get checked looks legit, but don't use them ever
Then once in Rio, factory reset them and buy some old macbook boxes online from somewhere
Then sell them as new

@MurrayHillGuy1 I'd say he's being smart with his money. But should travel abroad (and not in usual vacay spots) to allow for some adventure and variety, might find someone along the way.
English

@herrmanndigital @ChereneAubert exactly. many hi scaling YouTube ads used this same exact format
English

@ChereneAubert Honestly it’s been driving most categories for years.
English

@ChereneAubert Yapper UGC (or "talking head") is nothing new, it's been used to scale offers in many niches like biz op, dating, finance, weight loss, etc.
English

@CryptoN0nc3 Another idiot who doesn’t get nuance. Failed pedant? Good! And thanks, because being pedantic is a BAD thing. You just owned yourself.
English

@ronjvr @JustADoodAF @Cernovich Irreplaceable...but
....can be replaced (after 10 years) is contradictory.
He merely highlighted an oxymoron.
Ironically, you are the (failed) pedant.
Ron, help yourself.
