At some point, you have to stop acting like fraud is some weird glitch in the welfare machine. Fraud isn’t the exception, it’s the predictable outcome of a system that takes money by force and disperses it through bureaucracies. Don't act confused when opportunists show up to feed. When you build an entire economy around “other people’s money,” you’re not creating compassion, you’re creating incentives for corruption.
