@tfwrail I use the tap and go daily but you have given me a penalty fair on Tuesday morning when I did tap in at Cardiff central. I then tapped on the train and when I got off at my destination, why have I been fined

@tfwrail well done you’ve made the coryton line and connection into Cardiff central even shitter, who’s idea was it to go direct to the bay, everyone knows that the queen street to the bay just works 🤦

@tfwrail my pay as you go tap hasn’t registered a tap in and now I’ve gained a penalty fair, usually the app lets you manually complete it but does update to give that option. I did tap on a machine when I got off but it hasn’t registered the tap 🤷🏼

@tfwrail do you have any train running on time, sort it out this is not good enough, you just spent millions on new trains and they still break down
