Thinking about Product Manager questions from @rossgstanley - I remember the "if you had a magic wand?" question, but is there a "what is the absolute minimum you'd need for this to be useful?" question?

The innings may not have turned out perfectly but imo it’s too early to say conclusively whether fielding a team with no specialist batsmen is a good or bad idea

@hellojoie Oh just saw yr reply - reducing dependencies with the goal of shipping faster. That might feel faster, at a small company, for a couple of cycles.
