@ItsJesseGomez Monday - Push (i.e. chest and tris) Tuesday - Pull (i.e. back and bis) Thursday - Legs (squats/leg press, calf raises, leg extensions) Friday - shoulders and abs I find that to be a good rhythm for recovering muscle groups. Also aforementioned, do freeweights, better for you.

@ItsJesseGomez What's your workout goals? Just improve general fitness? I always cardio at the end so that muscles are fresh for lifting. Tiring your muscles with cardio at the start means you won't lift as well is my logic. My routine is: 1/2

Workout gang, is there a top secret gym training method that doesn't result in your arms always feeling blasted, like they're going to fall off? My schedule is still evolving, and the workout is great, but the post workout pain is tragic.

@rossmackay The Transparent Purple sold out the quickest! Good job on grabbing a Blue one though, I'm excited to see what the Orange will look like once it arrives. The Game Boy era has once again returned, quite thrilled about that.

After my Super Pocket preview, I read plenty of comments bringing up Anbernic and Miyoo handhelds, so I picked up the Mini Plus+ and so far it's been wonderful to use! It's amazing that we can have a pocketable PS1, SNES & so much more. I wish these were around when I was a kid.

@CardySimon How’d you find it? Cause I also played it last week (played it on the GC when it first came out as well) and I think it holds up solidly! Excellent remaster.
