Ron Jaworski told a story about being so worried about LT that on one play he stepped under center, started calling the play, looked over the defense and couldn't find him. He panicked and called a timeout. LT wasn't even in for that play. Lawrence Taylor was amazing.

Just pay the "inflated" price, Giants. Yes, it was stupid to leak to PS that you were "going to sign him after the draft" as it likely gave the agent more leverage but who cares. The cap space is meaningless. The cash up front needs to be paid by ownership. You just do it.
