@stevemagness It's a correlation study, so you can't actually say anything with much certainty other than that it looks like variables are linked. So, it could still very well be sleep/stress/diet/other life factors.

Note: The number of people replying/messaging, "It was the sleep/stress that decreased testosterone!" is high. Read the study. They specifically measured this. It was NOT the sleep/stress.

Testosterone decreases when you have kids. In one study, there was a sharp 36% drop. And the men who spent the most time with their kids had their T drop the most. It makes sense: It helps shift us from competing for a mate to caring. Makes you wonder about those taking T...
