RNS: KR1 launches Financial Infrastructure operations on Ethereum. KR1 (LSE:KR1) has activated a new infrastructure income stream via the Nexus Mutual (NXM) protocol. Initial NXM allocation is now underwriting discretionary cover across Ethereum’s DeFi ecosystem. Phase one is live. Compound is doing $565k revenue per month with $2.5B TVL ($4.4k in TVL for $1 in revenue) Aave revenue is at ATH - $6.3M with $13B TVL ($2k in TVL for $1 in revenue) @0xfluid is doing $317k revenue per month with only $413M TVL ($1.3k in TVL for $1 in revenue). It is already 2-4 times more efficient than other lending! And even more revenue will be generated with the launch of the DEX protocol which is integrated into the lending.

@NexusMutual has now been live on Ethereum main-net for 5 years 🎂 $18m in claims paid, from the likes of FTX, Rari, BlockFi, Cream and many other hacks. Grown to over $300m of ETH in the capital pool. Many version upgrades with Syndicate based staking and RAMM tokenomics being big ones. Loss ratio of 71%, demonstrating smart contract and crypto risk can be priced well and fairly. and we really are just getting started.
