What I got from #odopa . In some communities (im not going to state which before yall make this tribalistic) the way some of the women are nurtured. If their husbands don’t beat them it means their husbands don’t love them. That’s genuinely the thought process.

They have a playroom setup where kids can play so much they get comfortable and open up They have a sound proof and constant recording room where victims can share their trauma without passerbys hearing and also the recordings help so you don’t have to keep repeating and reliving your trauma Medical tests are free They provide a shelter. The Ghanaian influencer and content creation space is largely dominated by women, with male creators and influencers finding it harder to thrive. Very few male creators or influencers make it to the top, and even when they do, they often don’t stay there for long.
