I’m not an impatient guy, but the wait time to speak with an @ATT agent is atrocious. Last Friday wait on hold for 2 plus hours. I drove to Tropical Smoothie came back and music was still playing until I gave up. How does anyone tolerate this from a company you pay $$ too?
