@SamsungUK @roytho01 Just supply a plug. We pay enough. Make it optional considering you sell plugs separately. Ask if the buyer wants a plug with their purchase. Sometimes plugs can burn out or stop charging as well as they used to. Offer free replacements. Do something that doesn't expose greed.

@wildwelshpete @SamsungUK Exactly, I've now had to buy a third party charger so it hasn't saved anything at all environmentally, plus why are charging cables now so short? Same reason, saving them money

@roytho01 @SamsungUK They play on the environmental impact but in reality it's for them to reduce costs - cost for the charger Smaller boxes means their shipping costs are reduced as they can send more in the same shipment In reality, not including the charger costs more co2 as people buy one

@SamsungUK This is a ridiculous observation, you can only charge one device at a time, so each device should come with a charger, it's about increasing profit not the environment

@roytho01 Hi, Dave. We noticed that a high number of Galaxy users were already in possession of a charger. As a result, and as an ongoing environmental initiative to reduce plastic waste, we no longer provide charging plugs with our smartphones and tablets. ^AL

Dear @Tesco I used scan & go today. Got to the checkout had to wait for a member of staff. Thinking because I had wine I’m like ok that’s fine…..No….member of staff came and started scanning my shopping 33 items from my 66. Then asked if I’d scanned everything 😡 Why?

The system desperately needs complete reform and only Reform UK has the courage to sort it out once and for all. @talktv
