@i_iratus I feel your pain. Had to do a whole book of moving footnotes to endnotes because of publisher guidelines. Personally I prefer a footnote because I don't have to keep turning the pages. Am also a big fan of the Comedy Footnote which gets lost in translation if you have to search.
