CA politicians and candidates for public office are literally claiming they're gonna do something that would instantly them arrested and prosecuted by the DOJ/FBI/US Marshals.
We live in amazing times.
And no, no f**kin' civil court filing requesting an INJUNCTION to block the arrest of or order the release of an already arrested CA public official will fly. It would be rejected in federal court out of hand.

Leftist fake news writers @Kristen_Taketa and @kellylynndavis at @sdut used their own biases to write a story linking the President to the mosque shooting in San Diego. They misinform readers by not disclosing that the manifestos left behind by the teen shooters, who were Latino and white, also urged for the president to be assassinated. These nutters likely agree with that sentiment.
And if Trump's rhetoric is important for context, why did the writers leave out the Islamic Center of San Diego's ties to 9/11 Muslim hijackers and at least one of the victims openly expressing support for the Holocaust and Hitler?

Hasan Piker flew to Havana in $5,000 worth of Cartier jewelry, stayed at a five-star hotel while the country went dark, broadcast Cuban government talking points to millions of Americans, and called the resulting federal investigation proof of American tyranny.
Medea Benjamin flew to Havana as a senior figure in a network funded by a CCP-linked billionaire, hosted by an intelligence front whose president is a convicted spy, coordinated with organizations formally allied with Hezbollah and Hamas, and called the resulting federal investigation an attack on babies.
Of course the IRGC agent is bending over backwards to defend these two.
