Great @_TurboHome shoutout from @BessemerVP's roadmap on AI in the built world. I'm a big fan of Jeff Bezos' quote that in a fast changing world you need to build around things you know will be true in 10 years. It's very hard to believe that 10 years from now consumers won't care about saving money, transparent Costco like pricing on real estate and mortgage services, and a great UX that gives consumers all of the data they need to make informed decisions on the biggest purchase of their lives. I'd like to point out something I really enjoy about October every year. The anniversary of the Grateful Dead's acoustic run of 1980. The dead played a bunch of shows in which they played an acoustic set to begin the night. These stretched weeks, from San Francisco to New Orleans, culminating at Radio City in New York.
