Morgan Fairchild has the right frame, and the Board of Peace is the right example. Trump created an international organization, designated himself chairman for life, pledged $10 billion in US taxpayer money to fund it, and signed its charter without Senate ratification - skipping the process used for every major international organization the US has ever joined. NATO, the UN, the World Bank, the IMF - all went through Congress. This one didn’t. Foreign governments received copies of the charter before Congress did. The charter specifies that his chairmanship is “independent of his presidency.” Meaning it continues after January 2029 regardless of elections. He signed it in front of a backdrop covered in the Great Seal of the United States - the same seal the charter says his role is independent of. He said at the inaugural meeting: “Once this board is completely formed, we can do pretty much whatever we want to do.” Canada’s invitation was rescinded after their prime minister offered mild criticism. France, Germany, and the UK declined. The board has no Palestinian representation. Grifting extracts value through deception. This is different. This is a personal international organization, personally chaired, personally funded with money Congress didn’t authorize, continuing past the presidency it was built around. Fairchild’s word is “taking.” That’s the more precise description.
