@blairadowler A few years ago @BurgerKing made an ad with the intention to debunk the idea that their burgers were fake. BK placed one of their whoppers in a container and showed it get moldy over time. It showed the burger was real, but put a sour taste in their customers mouths. #MKTG475

@DevinR0902 @blairadowler That does bring up a great question, but I think the basis of it is that the videos need to be short enough where social media users can just keep scrolling. If the videos are too long I believe users will lose interest. #MKTG475

#MKTG475 @Meta has agreed to unsuspend @realDonaldTrump's @instagram & @facebook accounts. The ban on Mr. Trump's accounts have been in effect for over 2 years. It was put into place after the raiding of the capital.

Most viewers watching sports like the competition and the trash talk that comes with it. In turn that should drive more engagement on their social media platforms from their fans.

@blairadowler #MKTG475 I thought @TCUFootball had a great social media strategy. They really embraced the “meme” culture as their success in football took off, helping them reach a more national scale. Their Twitter was most effective at doing this

@JacobRHogan @blairadowler #MKTG475 I like how GoPro's marketing team replies and engages with their customers. That is strategy I believe many companies should start doing more. It creates a strong sense of community among a company's customers.

@blairadowler #MKTG475 GoPro has the best social media strategy because of the content they post. GoPro will post their customers pictures/videos & tag them, which creates a great community. Instagram and Twitter are the most effective because users are always checking out the content posted.
