@O2 My wife uses her mobile for a caring job. She has been without the use of her mobile number for over 24 hours now due to an eSIM order not being processed. I’ve spoken to your team and they just tell me to wait. Not acceptable
@houseoffraser Ordered a shirt online. arrives (£7.99 delivery). Shirt NOT regular fit as described on website. Shirt returned (Postage paid by me £4.80). Refund received. Minus the £7.99 delivery charge. cost me, the customer over £12 for an item that was not as described 🤬
