@FlairAirlines F8 187 on 02/14 arrived 4 hours late at YWG. There was no one to offload the luggage. If you want us to pay for checked bags, you must make sure your contractors the get the bags off the plane and onto the carousel in less than the 90 minutes it took yesterday

Dear @StarbucksCanada if you run out of grande cups, don't ask the staff to eyeball it into a venti cup. Just measured the amount poured at exactly 12oz. It's your mistake, so you should pour into a venti cup and fill it. It's not about the 4oz it's about customer service
