@ZARA your changing rooms in Westfields Shepherds Bush are absolutely filthy. Informed a member of staff and she could not be bothered. Informed the manager and she was super defensive and said they are cleaned everyday. The dust in that changing room is contrary to what she said

@SW_Help I don’t doubt that, however if there is a service that can only be provided on the other side of the station I think it can be taken into consideration how to be able to help the customer or a least not be so rude about it.

@rsintim Hi Rose, thank you for the update. I shall pass on your comments to the station management team for their attention. However, I must say that the gateline staff are required to make sure that you have a valid ticket before entering the station. ^BK

@SW_Help But obviously you can’t use the machine and he said walk around the station to get to the ticket office. Farah seems to be the only worker who never sees sense. When I asked for her name she pointed from a distance at her badge to which I could not see.

@SW_Help At Clapham Junction station there are only ticket offices on one side of the station. The ticket I required needed to be done via the ticket office. I asked if I could walk through to get to the ticket office and Farah as ever replies rudely. I appealed to J He said use the mach.
