I can’t believe I have to defend ownership but they paid the tax the first two years Morey ran the team. He responded by giving our awful contracts and building a stars and scrubs model roster when other teams pivoted to building deeper teams. The pass this guy gets is insane.

@rsmit @TrillBroDude Drummond wasn’t terrible and easily tradeable if needed (Embiid was hurt too much though). KJ Martin was more unfortunate than anything. The team imploded but still able to get off it. Tucker was for harden, Lowry was a min deal that all the players love. Gordon sucked lol

@TrillBroDude Outside of Embiid, what awful contract did he give out? He took over a team that had an overpaid tobi, that horford contract and awful Josh Richardson. He built two teams that had a chance to make the conference finals (Ben imploded and then harden and jojo imploded).
