I have yet to find real Actionable value to recording meeting notes. Are your meeting fucking 3h each? You can’t write notes down while listening??

So excited to share one of my white-whale projects: a fully physics-based, holographic foil shader. Each pixel simulates a ray of light diffracting into a rainbow of waves, which add and subtract to create these incredible patterns. Not a single gradient was used here!

PSA: Really seems like legacy customer accounts are going the way of the Dodo (I say that instead of buffalo since buffalo are still around). Enough about buffalo. All of the Shopify themes dropped with Editions yesterday don't have support for legacy customer accounts. 🧵👉

Hey @pmillegan @colepatkinson and @rohitmishra @ShopifyDevs -> Feedback for new customer accounts and Markets We've seen this with several merchants on Orbe and we are helping solving it but I think this would be ideal to be improved on your side Imagine a merchant with new customer accounts and this setup Switzerland market with 3 languages English on /en-au (primary exp) German on /de-au French on /fr-au A german customer is browsing and clicks on going to their account on account . store . com -> After that they click on the logo of the store and they are redirected to /en-au but not the one of their language experience. They should go back to /de-au Our merchants are not experiencing this as on Orbe if we have their preferred language we fix this url issue. But it would be cool if you can improve it 😊🙏

@rsnapeuk @pmillegan Duplicating menus would be HUGE. Especially since this new menu UI doesn't allow for submenu navigation items to be created easily and you have to click and drag each time 😩 Menus were already not easy to mess with, and this made it more difficult.

Headsup for devs and merchants, if you're searching wildly for Menus, check under Content. Shopify is in the process right now of moving Menus underneath content (previously under Sales Channel > Online Store > Navigation). You SHOULD still be able to see this in the same place and the old navigation link will take you to the *new and not really improved* location. However, it seems some are reporting not seeing this at all under the previous location. So far, the repeatable behavior I've been able to find is if someone accesses the menu from the standard position and doesn't realize it's moved and then tries to access it again, it's just gone. While initially, I was pretty excited to maybe get some new and exciting features we've long been hoping for (like ability to natively duplicate menus maybe?), this doesn't seem to be the case. It appears primary motivating factor for the change aligns with customer accounts and the ability to add menus in the new (soon to be standard) customer accounts (cool!). Menu view is a lot more condensed and feels buggy so far trying to pick new links. Hopefully just some launch day bugs being shook out, but time will tell.
