@TraegerGrills now we’re being billed for an order we cancelled within the 24 hours as required! Getting conflicting emails. Spent another 45 minutes trying to resolve but doesn’t seem like it is! This is crazy.

If you purchased a Traeger at the OC Fair, check your receipt. We were charged for items that we were told were part of a bundle. Didn’t notice until we got home. @TraegerGrills refused to honor what we were told. We even had a picture of the bundle. This would have been our 3rd

@BestBuy @GeekSquad 3rd cancelled appointment for my mother! This is beyond bad customer service. She should get compensation for the amount of time wasted dealing with this! Someone do something !

@BestBuy wins the prize for absolute worst customer service experience ever! Twice they have not shown up to set up my 89 year old mother’s computer. Hours on the phone trying to resolve. Had to walk into the store to figure out what was happening. Will they come to the 3rd appt?

Tried to schedule an appointment with @UCIHealth_PIO (UCI Health) and can’t stay on hold to schedule an appt. Never got a call back. Never got a response to online scheduling request. This has been the same pattern for about a year now. Too bad open enrollment is 6 months away.

Another 5 hour flight on @AmericanAir with no service the last 2.5 hours of the flight. This time in “flagship” business! At least offer a water. Trying not to fly @AmericanAir but sometimes it’s the route that works. 2 5 hour flights within a year that the service was terrible

I truly appreciate @SevenCornersInc looking at the whole picture with my mom’s trip cancellation after her appeal.

@SevenCornersInc Resent. Sent to wrong email. Sent to care@sevencorners.com Email from, appeals saying they are still reviewing it. This is all ridiculous. $6000 policy for $16000 trip. 89 year old with severe health decline. Maybe she should have gone on the trip and fallen then you’d pay.

The silence is deafening from “care” @SevenCornersInc $6000 policy for a $16000 trip. Crickets. Buy your travel insurance elsewhere.

@SevenCornersInc Don’t count on Seven Corners if you get sick before your trip. Perhaps it’s better to go on the trip and fall. Then they might pay the claim. $6000 policy. 30 days to respond to appeal. #theworst

Fill out this form. Fill out that form. Provide receipt. Oh we didn’t mean receipt, we meant bank statements. Doctor provides letter. Letter not enough. Doctor fills out form. Denied. Sudden decline in health for a myriad of reasons. Claim denied. $6000 policy. @SevenCornersInc

Took a five hour flight on @AmericanAir and was offered drinks one time and one pack of cookies. Flew @Delta for less time and was offered drinks twice along with snacks and friendlier faces. @Delta definitely is a step above @AmericanAir in customer service.
