Took a five hour flight on @AmericanAir and was offered drinks one time and one pack of cookies. Flew @Delta for less time and was offered drinks twice along with snacks and friendlier faces. @Delta definitely is a step above @AmericanAir in customer service.

It has happened more than once. @AmericanAir could take some lessons from @Delta or @JetBlue on serving their customers. One glass of water is pathetic.
