Manager definitely can not lock employee like a prisoner. This is illegal and criminal act. What manager should do is to ask to RBO that he needs more staff.
Staff ko kaid karna bhi bahut moorkhta hai. Even police without warrant detain nahi kar sakti. Gate lock karne ki bajaye usne legal office order kyun nahi diya, fir overtime bhi milta.

Blr has already horizontally grown upto 30 kms on each direction.. Which is putting enormous pressure on infra and capital expenditure.. We need to grow vertically too.. 150-200 apartments in 1 or 2 acre is always better than 100 sites in 10+ acres which requires more exp on roads, sewage, footpaths etc etc...
