@yavanikashah So you express yourself in a regional language using the Latin alphabet? That’s some logic….

Indians really said: “I know 3 languages but professionalism = English only.” Meanwhile the rest of the world is out here: 🇫🇷 French + English 🇩🇪 German + English 🇨🇳 Mandarin + English …confidence, culture, clarity all in one post. We literally think, dream, fight, flirt, and bargain in Hindi/Tamil/Punjabi/Bengali… but the second it’s LinkedIn, suddenly we’re all Victorian British lawyers. It’s not lack of ability. It’s conditioning. Somewhere we decided: Regional language = less professional English = more credible Which is wild… because: Clients relate more in native languages Culture builds trust And authenticity travels way further than polished blandness The irony? The same global clients we’re trying to impress are proudly bilingual in their own markets. Maybe it’s time we normalize: “Honoured to share…” + “bahut khushi ho rahi hai…” in the same breath. Cz nothing says confidence like not abandoning your own voice to sound “global.”

1 So how was Trump able to return to power? How did we allow a man who is clearly incompetent and off the rails put us in the position we find ourselves in? Remember the people sitting around him at his inauguration such as Musk, Bezos, and Zuckerberg to name a few? Trump

India attracts only ~9 million foreign tourists a year which is roughly the same number as annual visitors to the Louvre alone. Vietnam, a far smaller country, attracted more than double this number last year. Why does a country of our scale and tourism potential remain such an underperformer on the global tourism dashboard?

Richard Feynman’s savage takedown of pseudo-science still burns in 2026: “Social science is an example of a science which is not a science. They follow the forms… but they don’t get any laws. They haven’t found out anything.” He goes harder: Experts who “sit at a typewriter and make up” claims — “organic food is better,” “this diet cures everything” — as if it’s settled science, when no rigorous experiments or checks have been done. Feynman: “I know what it means to really know something. How careful you have to be. How easy it is to fool yourself. I see how they get their information… and I can’t believe that they know.” The Nobel physicist calls it straight: most of what passes for “expert” opinion is noise dressed up as knowledge. In an age drowning in TikTok “science,” influencers, and clickbait studies — Feynman’s 1:52 rant feels more relevant than ever. Who’s the biggest pseudo-expert that grinds your gears right now? Clip is timeless fire — watch it and feel the clarity.

A young lady lost her phone in a taxi. No contacts backed up. No money. Just silence. She kept calling the number, hoping someone would answer. Finally, a man picked up. “I found it,” he said. “But I won’t send it unless you describe your wallpaper.” Her voice broke. “It’s my little brother in his school uniform. He passed away last year. That’s the only clear picture I have of him.” There was a long pause. “Madam,” the man said softly, “where should I bring it?” He delivered the phone himself. Refused transport money. Sometimes, the world reminds you it still has a heart. Have you ever met a stranger who restored your faith in people? 💛

@IndLibertarians Yes. If there were multiple Italians around and yet the majority of Italian restaurants were owned by Indians, it would be an absurdity. That's what he's pointing out. Guess he's not the 🤡

So I can't run an Italian restaurant in India, if I am not of Italian origin? When a restaurant calls itself Indian restaurant or Japanese restaurant whatever, it indicates the cuisine they serve. Not who it is owned by. Absolutely moronic clowns 🤡
Rajiv Malhotra@RajivMessage

People should know that many restaurants in USA & UK calling themselves “Indian cuisine” are actually owned by Bangladeshis. If they classified themselves as “Bangladeshi cuisine” nobody would come.

@sethrishi @TheSanjivKapoor Are you thick or just trying to be a contrarian? The point is about misrepresentation. Many people in Britain may walk into restaurants labeled as “Indian” without realizing that the food being served may not accurately reflect authentic Indian cuisine.

Very strange take. Restaurants advertise their cuisine, not the origin or nationality of their owner. Else should all Chinese restaurants owned and run by Indians in India be called Indian restaurants?

Girls love gangster type boys who are in gangs, roam around on bikes, get into fights, and create ruckus. Ever since school, I’ve seen girls having a special interest in such boys. Those guys live in dirty rooms, with cigarettes and trash. Even guys from good families don’t make friends with them. But they are never single. All of them have girlfriends. Those girls go to that same dirty room to sleep with them. After seeing such things, I realised how dark the reality is. I am sure all of you have seen such things happening in society. Those girls sleep with those guys and later marry well-settled innocent men. If you have seen this happening in society too, share the story in replies.

@sardesairajdeep What’s even more shocking is that the child was asked to identify the attacker. Does any of those “child experts” even understand the trauma being inflicted on the child? As always, we fail the victim.

Today’s shocker is from Gujarat. A Nirbhaya like horror in the state. Will it ever become a major ‘national’ story or is a village near Rajkot too far from Delhi (also in a BJP ruled state).. Crimes against women must be above all politics surely, no? indiatoday.in/amp/india/stor…

@BDUTT @IndiGo6E I am not 100% certain, I think DGCA regulations state that airlines are obligated to provide refreshments to passengers if the flight is delayed by more than 2 hours, provided that boarding has not started.

Nothing will ever stop @IndiGo6E from the cheap trick of forcing people to board knowing the flight is late just to make some faux claims of punctuality. Utterly irritating 😠

@SamDalrymple123 I was fortunate to have a brief stint in Yangon for 3 months. It reminded me so much of Calcutta I grew up in the ‘80s. The most heartbreaking was the complete dilapidation of the iconic Pegu Club.
