Ah yes, because there was so much to lose at 2-0 down that it was simply impossible to bring Salah on without ruining the game.
I suppose Isak, who hasn't played since December, merited more minutes against PSG because he's a defensive monster.

Salah isn't 'owed' a fecking farewell appearance in the CL or any other competition. Bloody hell. This was a CL QF. Slot put out what he thought was the best team to get a result. Now, I thought it was the wrong team and, obviously, so it proved, but it's not a bloody friendly game so that we can give a great player a send off. Salah has been fantastic for us. He is leaving. There'll be others after him. The club will move on. Have some bloody self-respect.

World class player and seems a decent fella. They’ve got world class players all over the pitch, as do we, but they work like dogs and have a coach who inspires them. On the other hand, our manager is telling the press a day before kickoff that our GK is basically shite.
