Daily Ukraine map thread for Thursday 21st May 2026 Ukrainian depth strikes resulted in Russian air defence, trucks and much more struck over the past 48 hours. A Russian training base at Snizhne with up to 65 casualties, and an FSB base in Crimea were also struck by a multitude of drones. Front is currently relatively stable, standard infiltrations spotted, but nothing drastically new, and continued heavy pressure at Kostyantynivka. Some Ukrainian advances into the grey marked near Zarichne, Vovchansk and west Zaporizhia but very minor. Ukrainian long range drones having a substantial effect over the past two days, with Kstovo, Perm and Syzran oil infrastructure targeted again, causing large fires.

❗️ Ukraine presented the Behemoth strike drone, a domestic Shahed-type system with range up to 300 km, 75 kg payload, speed up to 200 km/h and operating altitude of 90-300 m. @NotWoofers Yeah, Ukrainian commanders struggle to permit planned withdrawals when areas become untenable. Hopefully all this noise is misdirection and we see an increase of mid-range strike drones hitting logistics elsewhere.
