Hybrid/404s are going to zero ☠️ A lot of the conversations with hybrid founders is when should they launch? 🚀 Right now. It’s really really hard. Most teams are NGMI. However, those projects that survive and thrive in this extreme bear 🐻 market is going to become kings 👑 of the next bull. There are always winners in any market but it’s just much much harder right now. Hybrids will come back. It’s just a matter of when.

Compounding results I use to chase getting coverage my popular media outlet or partnership with a famous person. It feels WOW but more often than not, it's a very brief spike. On the other hand, we quietly worked on SEO for 5 months. Now it's finally showing results!

@rumjahn Some launchpads usually offer marketing, advisory and the contract. And on most occasions, only 1/3 is met and that’s the contract. If I agreed to something and only got a 3rd of the service, then I would feel robbed.

Launchpad fees 🔥 We were doing a twitter space with 6 hybrid founders and things got heated when we talked about fees. There’s 404 launchpads that take a 2-5% cut of all launches. Then there’s launchpads that take 0%. Some people despise the fees and think it’s against web3 ethos but…. There is value in marketing support. At the end of the day, founders have the option to choose what suits their need the most.
