In New England / New York people are much more cultured, self aware and mindful of other people. In California many more self centered, conflict driven people who find it hard to step out of their own worldview.
I wonder if university culture plays a part in this.

There’s a growing trend of parents intentionally raising their kids like it’s the late 90s again. No iPads. No algorithm. 18-year-old American found a roofing company on Google Maps with 4.9 stars and no website, copied their reviews and pasted them into ChatGPT 5.5.
2 minutes later - a complete brief.
Pasted it into AI and just waited while the system built a full website with all pages, reviews and a booking button.
Called the owner and showed him the live preview. He said yes immediately because he'd been meaning to fix this for years and never had the time.
Invoice for $1,000. 47 minutes of work from the first search to a closed deal.
Then he built a machine.
AI pulls 200 businesses from Google Maps in 10 minutes, writes a personalized email for each one with their real business data - 500 emails a day, 3% respond.
Month one - $4,000, month six - $15,000-20,000. Five million businesses on Google Maps are still waiting for that call.

Exactly. Speaking of the Showcase; it will represent a major opportunity for Asha and the team to drive home the new messaging around the 'Return of XBOX'. All eyes will be on them. That (as you rightly said), falls flat if it's littered with PS/Nintendo logos.
I feel it needs to be curated for not just fans but for potential new customers. They'll be asking "why should we get these games on Xbox? I thought everything was an Xbox?".
That ☝️ is the most pertinent question that Asha will need to answer on the day.

@JezCorden Give up Day 1 Game Pass. If the games are of quality, people will buy it. No one would have bought the premium upgrade or the most expensive version of Forza Horizon 6 if they didn't know it was gonna be peak.

She woke up at 5:45 in the morning, set up outside with her giant copy of It by Stephen King, and committed to reading all 1,153 pages in a single sitting.
She tracked her progress hour by hour, pushed through the sun and wind, took one quick lunch break, and finally closed the book at 7 PM — 13 hours later — with the biggest smile.
I actually read Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire in one sitting, and I felt really proud of myself afterward.... and that book is 734 pages. I can’t even imagine powering through all 1,153 pages of It in a single day like she did.
There’s something really rewarding about deciding to do something difficult and actually seeing it all the way through.
