@redhairshanks86 I know its hard to believe but its real. Having extreme hypoglycemia doesn't help either. Makes it hard to fully quit sugar when you rely so much on it for quick energy. A few slices of Cheesecake or a half gallon of ice-cream is my go to for dense calorie consumption.

@redhairshanks86 Some people just have a different metabolism. As a white dude, I'm definitely not eating 30k calories but 10k daily is pretty standard. Im 6'0 and 135lbs. I eat 8k-10k calories daily to keep weight on. I can put on weight easily but I have to eat more which is insane 😆

how can asian women eat so much and stay skinny asian girls in the west are quite similar to white girls. they eat consciously and they do lots of sports. but asian girls in asia are different. they eat A LOT with no regard for calories or macros, they just eat what they want, drink bubble tea, they hardly do ANY sports and yet they manage to stay skinny their bodies are usually very soft. i don't mean soft skin, the skin is also super soft, but just their whole body feels like they have no muscles but they are still skinny as a fellow asian girl enjoyer, i will allow it but i do wonder what's going on there
