We have a paper coming out in Nucleic Acids Research academic.oup.com/nar/article/53…, introducing a new algorithm designed to detect homologous recombination deficiency (HRD) in low tumor purity samples, such as liquid biopsies. More info in the thread. @NAR_Open @broadinstitute
