I don’t think you have even the slightest grasp of how defence infrastructures are integrated, especially when it comes to the USA. They have over ten thousand American personnel over 12 major airbases on British soil and lease or use a further ten sites taking it to about 22 US military sites in Britain. Pretending you’ll “stop” this if you were in charge is childishly absurd and displays the kind of juvenile ignorance which demonstrates why you are even less suited for office than the nitwits currently in charge, which is really saying something. Replacing nitwits with a moonbat is not an upgrade.

After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today. I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby. It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC. May God bless America.

We currently have the U.K. Prime minister and Home Secretary, both of immigrant heritage, taking time out of their schedules to support an established racist on social media (anyone who questions that description, please listen to his radio interview with @mrjamesob a few years back where he was literally exposed as such) over his account being closed down by a highly exclusive bank. They have apparently done so in the name of “free speech”. Can you imagine the PM or Cruella intervening, commenting or suggesting a clampdown on banks if you or I, or even a “politically outspoken” celebrity like Gary Lineker, were refused an account with a bank that is openly highly selective about its clientele? So why are they getting involved to support this vile man? Perhaps we should consider how much of the current govt’s xenophobic rhetoric plays to exactly the same mentality that gave the reviled far right NF initials of the 70’s a new lease of life through one hateful man.

Who is going to be a better founder: someone 25 years old or someone 50? It's a bit of a trick question. If I was going to bet on a first time entrepreneur, I would rather have a 25-year old first time founder than a 50-year old first time founder. But that's usually not the choice. The more frequent choice is do I want to bet on a 25 year old first time founder or a 50-year old who is on their fourth startup. In that case, I'll go with the 50-year old every time. The obvious conclusion here is that experience outweighs youth by a large margin. I did my first startup when I was in my mid 20s and messed things up horribly. I did a bit better on my 2nd. And a lot better on my third. And with Netflix - my 5th startup - I really had confidence that I knew what I was doing. And for Looker - #6 - and with me pushing 60, I had it pretty wired. The most important thing here is not to let age stop you. If you are 25 and dreaming of starting your own company — then for god's sake start one. And if you are 50 and think you are too old? Well you are not. Or, to borrow from an old expression, the best time to have started your first company was 35 years ago. But the second best time is now.
