@JBleiel Hat neben der Lehrbuchsymptomatik (v.a. Marfan + reißender Schmerz in den Rücken) tatsächlich geholfen. Radialispuls war unterschiedlich stark tastbar (sehr eindrucksvoll). RR: Links 145 mmHg systolisch / rechts 90 mmHg systolisch. War eine Stanford A Dissektion.

@ecgandrhythmRoe looks like atrial fibrillation with functional bundle branch block with rapid conduction. (even wide complexes are absolutely arrhythmic) - right?

Palpitations, Holter ECG: VT or AF with aberrant conduction; quite easy!
