This dude will make his pet argue/bark before the courts if it came to that. But, god forbid, litigants dared to argue. Look at the lang here. Cant believe people can be so blinded by their prejudices.

This is completely unacceptable - Kejriwal wants to make a mockery of our Courts and our Judges - the Hon’ble Judge in question is one of the finest and is being persistently harassed. I am sure the Hon’ble Chief Justice of the DHC will put an end to this charade. Kejriwal must not be allowed to even enter the sacred premises of the Hon’ble High Court and should reserve his theatrics solely for politics : where clearly he has lost all remaining credibility.

@sone_do_mujhe @indiankanoon Had my University Moot rounds. Cited a case I saw from IndianKanoon which had shown it was decided by a single judge of the Supreme Court. Little did I know the SC only has division benches (atleast now). Got a beating from the judge and learnt my lesson!

Sathappan is a const bench judgment. Yet, @indiankanoon mentions bench of the case as dat of 2 judges(in reality its 5 judge bench) I understand content is largely same yet... isnt dis something grave thing? IK is helpful but like AI, have to cross-check everything everytime :/

VIDEO | Delhi: Nachiketa Joshi, advocate for respondent, on Supreme Court verdict on SC/ST Act not applicable for converted Christians, says, "Today’s judgment is a very historic one. This judgment lays down who can file a complaint under the SC/ST Act. It is not related to the broader issue of Dalit Christians, which is still pending. The judgment clarifies that a complaint under the SC/ST Act can only be filed by a person who belongs to the SC/ST community. In our case, the facts were such that the individual had left the SC/ST community and had converted to Christianity 10 years ago. Therefore, the question arose that if a person has converted to Christianity, does he still retain the SC/ST status? If he no longer retains the SC/ST status, then in that situation, can he file a complaint under the SC/ST Act? Today, the court gave an important decision on this matter and stated that the complaint filed by him is not maintainable. Therefore, this issue relates to criminal proceedings."
