@ChaseSupport I just went to pick up a car I booked with points and the location was closed. I contacted Hertz and they told me there was nothing they could do. I called rewards support for a refund, but they kept transferring me and no one could help.

Maybe two sodas and an adderall weren’t the best choice for getting on a plane and sitting still for 2 hours.
