In a statement regarding the road accident in Mathura, Daksh Chaudhary alleged that the government is getting cow vigilantes killed.
However, despite being accused of spreading rumors and attempting to disturb the situation, stringent charges like UAPA or NSA have reportedly not been applied. Although he has been arrested on charges related to creating unrest and spreading misinformation, these are relatively minor sections, which could lead to his release within 24 hours.
There are also concerns that other accused individuals who are still absconding may not be apprehended if strict action is not taken.
