I am always shocked at the number of bizarre things people do to "optimize" their health and longevity and yet they don't exercise regularly, sleep 7-9 hours, eat fruits and veggies, build intimate bonds and community, or ever relax.
They obsess over the 0.1% but not the 99.9%.

I'm not here to sell you anything other than my books—which are under $20 and basically all about coaching toward nailing the simple (and effective) but not always easy habits for health, longevity, and excellence.

I’m travelling to Berlin on February 7th - question is; do I take the train which will definitely take longer, probably 3 hours longer and cost 2.5x as much or the train?
Maybe not a surprise that many ppl will choose the plane?

@hajak @TheReibel I’m not sure there’ll be any one perfect solution either. Need a portfolio of options. Exponential tech sounds great, needs to have short time to impact! :)

It depends on what you want to solve @ruwald. I'm also looking and thinking. There is one thing which is just creating more bio-mass, but I would rather do something which funnels more money into exponential tech.
